Port Royal is actually made up of two distinct communities. A security gate at the entrance to the residential section separates home owners from resort guests. The community contains over 800 single family homes, 2,000 villa units on the resort side of the gate, and the Westin Resort hotel.
Port Royal features over 4 miles of beach, which is accessible through private beach walks and the Residents Club. The Port Royal Racquet Club features 16 courts and offers all three Grand Slam surfaces (grass, clay, and hard court). Club memberships to the Golf Club and Racquet Club are available, but the facilities are also open to the public.
Port Royal's freshwater lagoons, manicured golf courses, saltwater estuaries, and lush vegetation make it a private paradise. Homes range from $500,000-$5M.
