22 Hollyberry Lane: Sea Pines

Beverly Serral properties never disappoint and it's our second time at this little gem. Rented bikes, strolled along the beach. Walked to the coffee shop. Perfect location. We love how everything is provided with Beverly Serral rentals. Beverly even provided a disposable turkey pan for our stay, which was so thoughtful. We visit Hilton Head every September, and last year was the first time we rented from Beverly Serral. Unfortunately, Hurricane Irma canceled our trip before we even arrived. The staff handled that situation so well, we decided we’d try them again this year.

We arrived at 22 Hollyberry late at night, but the exterior lighting at the home was set for our arrival. We were able to easily get into the house without fumbling for keys or light switches. The interior of the home is beautiful and very inviting! We were surprised to find a lovely welcome basket from the company on the kitchen island as well.

The rooms were impeccably clean and decorated. The beds were oh so very comfortable and I’ve decided I need one of those beds in my room at home! There is literally everything you need at this rental property - all dishes, Tupperware, makeup mirror, regular towels and beach towels, BBQ, even books to read! And the choices for beach chairs, umbrellas, bags, and toys for the kids were great as well. And the cart to tow it all in was awesome, too!

We loves the location of the house, as it’s off main path but close enough to everything. The drive to the sea pines beach club was easy and parking there was a breeze (it was after Labor Day, so not as crazy as the rest of the summer can be).

Unfortunately, two days into our stay Hurricane Florence was named and mandatory evacuation was announced by the Governor. We were required to cut our vacation short and were bummed to leave this nice home. Again, the staff was amazing and kept us updated about that situation, and were very hospitable. We will be renting from Beverly Serral again, but are definitely going to aim for earlier in the summer to avoid hurricane season!

Super clean and very attractive home with the perfect layout for family gatherings. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Easy check in and out process with follow up to ensure there were no questions or issues. Great residential area with easy access to the walking and biking trails around the island.

We arrived at dusk and were thrilled to see that lights were turned on inside the house. It was a very warm welcome. The house was pristine clean and suited our needs precisely. The kitchen was very well equipped for the days we chose not to go out for dinner. The outdoor grill was very clean and worked great. On the kitchen island was a basket of treats, bananas, cookies, popcorn and bones for our dog. In the garage were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a wagon to get everything to the beach. On a cool evening, we lit the fireplace, which made it feel like home. We had a delightful two weeks. Highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It’s beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The kitchen has everything you would ever want in a kitchen. There’s a lovely full length deck to lounge on. Cant say enough about the design and all the amenities. The management team was very helpful. Would totally recommend this beautiful house!

Our family has been vacationed on Hilton Head for over 30 years. Since finding Beverly Serral several years ago I will only rent a BestNest property, they are that good and 22 Hollyberry lived up to the standards. Home was exactly as shown in pictures/listing. It was clean and comfortable. Beach chairs and wagon were very handy and appreciated. Community half court and pool were great for the teens in the group. Our stay at 22 Hollyberry Lane was delightful! As usual, Beverly Serral and her group made sure the house was immaculate and well-stocked. Plenty of towels, paper goods, detergent and great instructions! Greenwood Forest is private, quiet and beautiful. 22 Hollyberry was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Sea Pines and close to everything. Biking to the beach was so easy and then a short bike ride away down to Salty Dog and shops was great too. And the home was a perfect setup for our family. Open floor plan, beautiful rooms and so comfortable. The kitchen and living and deck were perfect. The home was great but the true star of this vacation was BESTNET and Beverly Serral. This house was perfectly appointed. The amenities were absolutely amazing. This home had everything you needed and in the right spots. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the right appliances and stuff to make it a great week. We didnt have to get any of the stuff you usually do to get through the week. It was just there. Dish soap, snack bags, aluminum foil, every pot and pan you can imagine, laundry supplies and more. It came stocked with beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrellas all in perfect condition. The home was in great condition. Dont get me started on how clean the house was. Every room, corner and table. The house smelled fresh and was spotless when we walked in and made the trip so enjoyable. Even the grill was perfectly appointed and clean. This trip was such a wonderful experience as the home was more than we could have hope for.

Nice furnishings but master bath floor was dirty and in need of refresh in general, and found dusty spots behind the beds, other hidden areas. Beach access was very difficult - we needed to leave Sea Pines altogether in order to bring our dog to the beach during the day.

Oh, Carolyn-- I do wish you had reached out to us directly as we are available 24/7 as noted in your welcome basket, or let us know when we called to ask you if you found everything to your liking......... we would have been over in a jiffy! As for dogs, I am not sure why you left Sea Pines. In the burlap binder (in the house) are printed the Town of Hilton Head dog rules by date. Dogs are allowed on all HHI beaches (leashed) at any time of day. To our readers-- please just call us anytime. Beach access is super easy by Beach Trolley 9 am- 5 pm, 7 days. And, you may park AT the Beach Club in your own car after 4 pm any day. --Beverly Serral

The rental was fab, but the January weather was less so! The weather was just a continuation of the roller coaster El Nino pattern plaguing the USA for the past year. Fortunately, there were basketball games and many TV shows we liked when the weather was inclement. One day we even had deer visit us.

We enjoyed this peaceful property and hope we can rent it again. The home is warm an inviting with tasteful decor. The home is heated/ cooled by a heat pump which isn’t my favorite but we were comfortable using the fireplace and dressing appropriately. The Best Nest product far exceeds other vacation rentals. The only thing we would suggest for improvement would be a space for grocery items which we made do moving dishes/ cups around an stuffed the refrigerator. All in all we loved it and hope we can secure it again!

As usual this Beverly Serral Signature Rental checked all the boxes. The house felt like our home for the week. The house is always well stocked with everything from linens to Ziploc bags. The technology equipment is always in good working order but if something goes wrong the Serral team leaves a number of detailed suggestions to troubleshoot the issue.

We spent 4 nights on SeaPines just before Christmas and were delighted with this beautiful home. The floorplan and furnishings were perfect for our family of four (plus pup). We loved the decor and surroundings. The gas fireplace and a couple pre-lit tabletop trees from home gave the place some Christmas cheer; it was perfect for a holiday getaway. We would love to stay here again!

This rental is in the beautiful Forest Preserve. I enjoyed spotting deer and talking to neighbors on my evening walks. The property itself is light and open. You have a beautiful view from virtually every room. The home is comfortable and well appointed, perfect for a longer stay. Walkable to the Beach Club and Sea Pines Station and an easy bike ride to Harbor Town and South Beach.

We had wonderful stay this summer at 22 Hollyberry Lane location. It is a wonderful home with lots of light and beautifully decorated. The treats and snacks left for us at arrival were so thoughtful! The house had everything we might need. We didn’t have to pack and travel with beach towels, or rent umbrellas, beach chairs or a cart to take to the beach. All directions and instructions emailed to us and left for us in a binder at the house were very helpful and answered all of our questions about the house and ease around the island and beach access. The house itself is in a quiet little neighborhood which we walked around every morning. When we did contact the Beverly Serral staff with a quick question it was promptly answered and very professional and friendly. We would definitely rent this home again.

This is the second year we rented a BSSR and the experience was fantastic. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with every amenity we would want. The property was conveniently located where Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, Sea Pines Beach Club, and South Beach were all a short bike ride away. Our kids loved the home. And we greatly appreciated Beverly accommodating a special request. The entire experience was great. We would highly recommend this or any other BSSR property.
