Each bedroom (2 Kings including one on the main level and 2 Twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus big, wall mounted television, plus full size washer/dryer in a dedicated laundry room for your convenience.

The golf course view of the 2nd fairway/green of the famed Harbour Town Links is simply fabulous and nearly panoramic.
Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting up to 6 guests.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
COMMUNITY POOL: Less than1 minute walking and just for Gleneagle guests.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: 8-10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
