29 South Beach Lane: Sea Pines

The house was in great shape and had everything that we needed when we arrived and is a great location with proximity to the beach. The two issues we had were HVAC related. The main AC unit for the house also is for the upstairs bedrooms but the thermostat is downstairs. Heat rises and at night when the downstairs thermostat says it is at temp the two upstairs bedrooms get hot and stuffy. The garage had a good setup with a TV and ping pong table with an AC unit for the garage but there was not a remote for the AC so we had no way to turn it on so the garage was too hot to actually use the entertainment in it.

Colton and Dori- Thank you for the thoughtful review! Here is a lot of information that may or may not be too much. First, we had an extraordinary heat wave the week that you all were here. However, if you had called us to let us know that you were uncomfortable, we would have explored other options and remedies. The hvac in this house is stellar and has been installed and regularly maintained by the area's best service provider, so I am confident in the system. However, when we have temps over 100 for over a a week, there is only so much that any system can do. Please buzz us anytime on anything you need or questions you have. Regarding the mini split in the garage. Sadly, we had a number of guests who rant the system with the garage door open! Sigh. And so we disabled it. Again, on the hottest week of the year, a garage is not the best place to congregate. But! I think we will add fans to the garage and this might be of help. Thank you for being our guests! BESTNEST by Beverly Serral was a very professional and excellent management company to work with. As described this home was stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies along with all the beach toys and chairs!

29 South Beach Lane is a beautiful, organized and clean home perfect for families and making memories.
I am such a stickler about cleanliness and it was so nice to walk into this home and not feel like I had to clean something. Kudos to your cleaning staff...we will definitely use BESTNEST again!
The location is great and having the path to the beach right next to the home is such a bonus. Having the bike paths so close and being able to get to Salty Dog, Harbour Town and the Beach club so easily was another bonus.

This was definitely a special trip for us with our daughter getting married many memories were made and BESTNEST helped to make it easy...THANK YOU!!

Our second stay at a BESTNEST by Beverly Serral didn't disappoint! We have very much enjoyed renting from this real estate/rental agent. The property was beautiful and well-equipped for our week stay. The decor and furniture were comfortable and welcoming. The home had easy beach access with a pedestrian walkway right next to the home. The home itself had a unique layout with three different levels and the bedrooms were separated from the main living area. There was only one negative about the property...We would love to return to this property next summer, however, the cost has tripled, and we will likely look at other properties that are more reasonably priced.

I had a birthday party for my husband and invited our entire family. This home was perfect for us. Everyone had their own very private room and bathroom. The house was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. The house has multiple places for people to congregate so the young adults had a place to go. It was a great location within Sea Pines. The pool was wonderful to have for just our family. The beach was so close and gorgeous. Whenever I came back to Hilton Head I would try to get this same house.

This is a perfectly described beach house in Sea Pines. House was spotless cleaned, every aspect of the house was fresh and inviting. Being an owner in Palmetto Dunes, this house worked out perfectly as a getaway while construction was wrapping up. I would not hesitate to stay here again, excellent communication with the property manager. Very relaxing!

We loved 29 South Beach Lane. The house was right off the beach path and a few houses back from the beach, a very easy walk. There are two Master suites and two sitting areas which makes the house perfect for two families renting the house together. We have rented several years with Beverly and have never been disappointed. Nice pool area for late afternoons when you want to get out of the hot sun.

Our first vacation on the island was great! This house is so comfortable and had everything we could ask for--spacious, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool is terrific and access to the beach is easy.

We stayed at 29 south Beach Lane for two weeks and our family was able to visit during their vacation. The home was newly renovated and it is beautiful. The proximity to the beach and a quick bike ride to South Beach shopping area was a bonus!. The grandkids had a blast in the heated pool. Best Nest answered our questions and a few minor concerns immediately . The amenities were amazing. Thanks Beverly for a wonderful vacation .

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at this property. Our kids loved the pool and the bunk beds. We had the pool heated and the temperature was perfect. The house is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had 10 people stay at this home.... including 4 children ages 4-12. It was perfect. The house is in an ideal location to the easy walk for the little ones. We had the beach almost to ourselves even during the busy 4th of July week. The pool was perfect size and the house was spacious. We never felt crowded. The house is in a great location to other attractions in Sea Pines. We easily biked to Salty Dog, light house, and petting zoo. We loved this house!

From initial contact with Beverly to our completion of week rental everything was first class. 29 South Beach Lane is perfect for a large family stay. We enjoyed the accomodation immensely as it provided ideal room arrangements for our family. Also, we have extended family get togethers and this home provided outstanding rooms and space to entertain. Its location close to the beach, to Harbortown, and South Beach is a real asset.
We have journeyed for many years to Hilton Head and this was probably our best overall stay!

The house was amazing! Super short walk to the beach. The kids could walk back and forth, in case they needed to use the restroom, or grab a snack, etc. The house was extremely well stocked with more than we ever expected. Tons of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and a large rolling beach cart. The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook with! It was all so clean and wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Beverly Serral home. The home was beautiful. It was clean and every detail was provided including fully stocked cookware, beach towels, beach chairs. Beach access is right next to the home. We had bikes delivered upon our arrival and toured the bike trails of Sea Pines. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Beverly Serral was fantastic in accommodating our needs and making sure we had a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and Beverly Serral.

This home is a great home for families. Right on a beach access. Our small grandchildren had no trouble making the walk to the beach. Great family spaces inside and very well stocked. Nice pool.

This property was one of the best we have stayed in. The outstanding part was the amenities that were supplies. There were plenty of beach supplies as well as kitchen and bathroom supplies. I have never stayed at a property that you didn't have to go to a store within the first day before. Very nicely done! I would definitely stay at another Beverly Serral property.
