We loved this house! The house was immaculate & nicely decorated/furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked & we appreciate not having to bring our own paper towels, tp & the like as so many online rentals are necessitating these days. Beds were very comfy. We brought our goldendoodle & you would never know this was a pet-friendly rental (in the best way possible)....super clean & no hint of dog smell! We enjoyed the location & being there in the off season was nice so you can park in the beach club lot. The box of snacks was a really nice touch! The only small con was i didn’t like having to stop at the rental agency to pick up door code & sea pines pass....if that could be handled in advance prior to arrival on island, all would be perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We found everything we were hoping for at 3 Hollyberry Lane. It's a beautifully updated home that accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. BestNest rentals have never disappointed us and we have stayed at quite a few over the past 5 years. Since we came during a slower season, we were blessed to have a couple extra hours on either end of our stay which was very accommodating of BestNest and much appreciated.

We had a quiet enjoyable family vacation at Holly Berry. The home was centrally located between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club. Bike trails were easily accessible and we enjoyed the fire pit and comfortable seating in the back yard. The home was very clean and comfortable with a tropical decor feel.

We decided very last minute to take a trip down to Sea Pines and were thrilled to find 3 Hollyberry Lane was available. Even though it was a last minute booking, BestNest did not miss a beat when it came to making sure we had all the information we needed and that the house was at attention when we arrived. An unexpected storm back home on the west coast caused us to have to stay in HHI for an extra day and the team at BestNest was so accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay in the house until our flight left the following day. We couldn’t have had a better experience and will absolutely look to stay in a BestNest rental again in the future!

The only problem with he house was the guest room king mattress. It was very noisy and you could hear the springs /coils every time you moved. I would love to stay again if they switched out the bed in guest room. Every thing else was great

This rental is very cozy. The kitchen/den/dining is lovely. Bathrooms need to be updated. Master bed was very comfy. Guest queen bed had a very noisy mattress, my daughter slept on the twin instead. I do love Beverly Serral rentals and will rent with her again!

We found the house to be in good condition. Amenities provided by Serral were great! Master bath could be updated and 1 sink was clogged. This is a quiet street, and the option to ride bikes to sea pines beach club was a plus! This is the 2nd time our family has rented on this street. Highly recommend.

This was our third stay in a BestNest Sea Pines rental and all have been delightful stays. The Beverly Serrel website is easy to navigate and to choose a rental property. If we ever have questions, customer service is available. The hallmark of each BestNest property is their up-to-date designs, furnishings, well-equipped, and cleanliness. Check-in was a breeze as we were met at the door of the Beverly Serrel office with our rental package. Our stay this time at 3 Hollyberry was wonderful. Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that was comfortable with a nice patio. The grill and fire pit were both new and easy to operate. The house was immaculate. They even welcome our Havanese dog Pilar.

We have stayed at Beverly Serral's properties for several years and we have never been disappointed. Once again we found the accomodations superlative and the cooperation with the staff and Beverly to be more than we ever could have expected. If there's a problem, visitors can expect a call back very quickly and things will be taken care of as soon as possible. The accomodations were pristine and well-equipped and the furniture was comfortable and very attractive. Staying at a BestNest is always a comfortable, luxurious and relaxing experience. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This homes was very cute and looks exactly like the photos provided on the listing. Everything was provided as explained and you can tell they thought of small details to make your stay as best as it can be. Location was perfect - in between the beach, salty dog, and Harbour town. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to check in early since the home was ready. Communication was over the top, with someone kindly responding quickly answering any questions or resolving any issues. We would highly recommend staying at 3 Hollyberry Lane or any other Bestnest properties.

This house was a fabulous place to spend a few days with my kids and my pup. I do not have anything to say that could have been better, every detail was taken care of. The kids were doing virtual school and I was working, and we had no trouble at all with the WiFi. Very convenient location and the fire table in the very private back yard was a nice relaxing way to end the day.

We had such a wonderful week in this spectacular and comfortable home. Sea Pines is a great community and this home was perfect for our stay and is in an extremely convenient, yet quiet, location. The condition of the house was excellent and very clean. Beverly Serral's services provided excellent customer service. We would definitely want to revisit this property!! Rent bikes--it is a wonderful way to get around the island.

Thankfully this issue was a quick fix, tended to by our 24/7 emergency service. And while the Ulams declined our offer of another BESTNEST for the evening, we still compensated them for their inconvenience. We have stayed in Beverly Serral's rental properties for many years. Her properties are always the finest rental units that we have chosen. This property was as clean as could be, stocked with an over abundance of supplies, quality kitchenware, and comfy bed an bathroom accessories. We never had to call the rental office because the house and management had no faults!

Outstanding experience from the very first contact with Beverly and her associates, all the way through departure! Very informative prep in advance of trip, easy check-in, and everything as expected on arrival. Great features and furnishings, and a great central location. We really enjoyed the house, and made use of the grill and the firepit. We were not familiar with the operation, and called the BESTNEST office for assistance. They had someone there within 15 minutes! We loved our stay. and definitely will be reserving this for our next stay in Hilton Head. Truly personal service from BESTNEST!

In July of 2018, on our last morning at this lovely home my 3 year old grand daughter leaned back on the couch and summed up our trip stating simply “best vacation ever.”

On on the first day of our second stay in June of 2019, the now 4 year old charmer, walked in and said, “Ah, it’s nice to be home!”

Our only minor complaint happened at check in 2018. This year Beverly herself was there to welcome us and all was just so welcoming it’s no wonder our grand daughter felt like she was indeed home!

We truly enjoyed out stay at 3 Hollyberry Lane (home). It was convenient for our needs and very comfortable after our long bike rides. Riley ( the Doodle) felt instantly at home and loved watching for deer in the backyard and playing in the waves. The weather provided us with a lovely ‘second summer’. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Tucked away in the Maritime Forest 3 Holly Berry was a delightful little respite!Drligbtful and airy we loved our stay! It was cozy and comfortable ! Wonderful stay! The kitchen is well stocked! Very comfy beds, good linens and good pillows. Very clean. When we asked to have the outside spruced up when we arrived they came right over and took care of it. Ample parking for two large vehicles . Excess with keypad. The dining room table seats 6 and convenient kitchen high top 4 person table. Unless you don't like waking up to the birds it's a very quiet setting . The gas firepit was a nice bonus that were used every night. And close to everything on the island!

Excellent rental home. Clean, comfortable and well organized with everything you need for a great vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. Management company is the best we have ever worked with. Home is a 10 minute walk or short drive to the beach club. In between Harbor Town and South Beach so easy access to both by car, bike or walking. There is also a very nice patio area in the backyard.

Great experience. Best rental company ever. We have been coming to HHI for 15 years. Loved the welcome basket, beach towels etc. Only thing I would change would be twin bedroom. The beds are on cones which slipped and we had a bed fall. Tell owners to invest in some real bed frames. Otherwise great experience!

Cara-- Thank you for your note and to all else, please allow me to explain. At 3 Hollyberry, we happened to be in the middle of some redecorating, including the twin bedroom, so set the beds on posts for this guests' stay while new beds were on order. Obviously, not the best plan, but blame the !! No! Please accept MY apologies as this was MY fault alone, and not the owners of this property. I am happy to see we are considered her best rental company ever, and to future guests please note we are installing all new living and dining furnishings, new twin beds, all new bedding in all bedrooms, and all smart TV's (4 total) in September 2016. Plus enjoy the outdoors with full time gas fire table and grill-- 3 Hollyberry property condition? It's a 10! Beverly

The house was spotless, the decor was so tasteful and every single detail was taken care of. There wasn't one thing that we needed as every single detail was thought out and at our fingertips. The only down side was that it was a little far from the beach so make sure you rent bikes or drive and park at the Ocean club.

Thank you Mary-- yes, you are correct. Hollyberry Lane is about 15 minutes walk for the ocean. But that is true (and farther) for much of Sea Pines. Unless your budget is $5,000+ per week, in season, you will be driving to the Beach Club-- not a bad trade off for a great value like 3 Hollyberry. And we make it completely comfortable! You all are welcome any time!

This was a lovely home in a great location! Very spacious, loved the welcome basket and every amenity was thought of!! The only drawback was the inability to open the sliding living room doors to enjoy some fresh air plus the fact that a grill is provided but with an empty tank. Personally, if you can't provide the tank I wouldn't offer the grill. I shouldn't have to go get one at my expense.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home during our vacation to Hilton Head. The home was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The gift basket in the kitchen was filled with yummy treats that we all loved. The home was spacious and open, just what we wanted. It was also perfectly located near the Sea Pines Beach Club, or the beach path, both of which were an easy bike away for us. I also played tennis at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, which was also a short bike ride away.

We have stayed in Beverly's properties a few times. Each time, the houses are clean and very well stocked with items for the beach and even toilet tissue. She takes pride in having the houses feel like your home away from home. After staying at Hollyberry a couple of times, my only recommendation would be to replace the dining room chairs or add cushions. We love the neighborhood. We feel safe and the kids enjoyed riding bikes all around.

We recently spent the first 3 weeks of Feb at 3 Hollyberry Lane in Seapines. The house was very nice and met all of our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfy. We really liked the area and especially Seapines overall. The weather was pretty good, and certainly a whole lot better than home

First, the transaction from start to finish with property management was very simple & prompt. When picking up the package for the home, it took less than 2 minutes at the office. They had everything we needed(parking pass, door code, island info) in an envelope ready to go. Beautiful home, decorated very nice,it truly looked like a "home," not a rental. The furniture was very comfortable, including beds & pillows(which is very unusual). The kitchen was equipped as much as my own home! Very spacious floor plan. As far as location, it doesn't get better than this! Everything we wanted to do was within 4 miles. We will definitely stay here again when we return to HHI.

This is an amazing property in a peaceful, quiet location. All amenities are provided, you can really just pack your clothes and go! The home is very very clean, bedding is unbelievably comfortable, and the scenery is amazing. We saw several deer eating in the back yard, the deck/ grill area is perfect for entertaining. This is our second stay with Beverly, And all of our future stays at Hilton Head will be at one of her signature properties. She really thinks of everything, she is very easy to contact, and answers promptly if you reach out to her for any reason.
