Very nice property with a good location to bike paths and beach. Pool was small yet clean and property was quiet. It was very nice that there was an elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. The unit was small but laid out very nicely. Dining table/chairs are seeing signs of age and should likely be updated soon. Master bed was comfortable! Property management was excellent and much appreciated the welcome gift, a nice touch! Would rent with Beverly Serral again!

The whole vacation was EXCELLENT! The villa was clean and extraordinarily comfortable. All electronics worked great! The location was equally perfect with a great view of the golf course and close to the beach. We hiked and biked everywhere for great site-seeing and exercise. Many wonderful restaurants. My fiancée, pup and I love our stay at PVC 437! Best Nest made sure our stay was perfect. They will be the only rental company I will use in HHI going forward.

The unit is in great condition with updated bedding and furnishings. The location is great. The unit is next to the Plantation Clubhouse, a 5 minute walk to the Beach Club, and 30 minute walk to Harbour Town. We loved walking each morning for coffee at Harbour Town. The balcony view of the golf course was great too.

The unit is well stocked with many full-size cleaning and paper/plastic products for your stay. They even had multiple beach chairs, an umbrella and beach cart making our beach visits super easy.

While our vacation was cut short by Hurricane Florence, the few days spent in the Plantation Club Villa, Sea Pines were very comfortable and convenient.This location is close to the new Beach Club, Harbor Town and the other amenities of Sea Pines. The villa was very much as described online as to cleanliness and the comfortable furnishings we expected. We look forward to returning in the future and most happy that our Yorkie was a welcome guest too!The Serral staff was very helpful and accommodative in arranging our stay here.

We had a great visit to Sea Pines in Hilton Head, enabled by a perfectly clean and cozy stay in the villa! It was so easy to bike to the beach club, to all of the beaches, and Harbor Town. We felt celebrated and so special by the basket of treats left for our five day stay! Highly recommend!

This is our second stay and other than the coolness of the weather this year, everything under the control of Best Nest was outstanding. This property is in a great location, close to golf, beach and beach club, bike rentals, etc. Very convenient to walk to just about anything you want to do in Sea Pines, if you are out for exercise. The condo is in top shape and very well appointed. The welcome snacks are a nice treat. We love the Sea Pines area for its natural beauty, easy access to HHI amenities. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other activities. We would always rent from BestNest, as we have come to trust the quality of and the amenities within these properties.

What a lovely rental property! We checked in after hours. We were worried that this would cause an issue, but instead it was a breeze. Followed instructions from the app and had the keys in less than a minute. Perfect location: short walk to the beach and steps from golf. Bike rentals just next door. The unit came stocked with kitchen necessities and beach accessories. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely time in Sea Pines for a long weekend. The property management was responsive and very nice to deal with. However, the pictures do not reflect the condition of the apartment. The kitchen cabinets are all banged up, the stove a little off, and the living room/dining furniture was NOT what was shown in the photos. As far as cleanliness, it was basically fine. There was peeling ceiling paint in the master bath. I found a watch sticking out of a sofa cushion which the cleaners did not see after the prior guest.
I would recommend the company but be very careful that you are getting what you are paying for.

Dear Readers and also Lisa and Gary Naiburg (our guests)-- We ask our guests at every turn to please be in touch with us so that we can remedy any issue. It is distressing to us when a guest will not contact us, but instead writes to the world at large. Our head of housekeeping would have scurried right over! And yes, we had new furniture installed and had not had the opportunity to photograph it prior to the Naiburg arrival. My apologies for having new furniture and new baths-- we thought this would be a nice surprise. Sigh. The cabinets are not "all banged up" and the stove is not "a little off"-- not even sure what that means. Location is obviously in the eye of the locationer. It was the perfect place. Centrally located near the Beach Club, and the Plantation golf courses, it made everyone in the family happy. It was the best stocked rental we've ever had -- beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of kitchen goods to make our stay very easy. Great view of the golf course, and next door to a bike rental place. It was a wonderful week, thank you!

This 2 bedroom Villa, which is a short walk to both the beach and the golf course pro shop, is a great place to stay in Sea Pines! Very clean and well appointed with all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of room and the television is loaded with programming options.

We’ve stayed at Plantation Club Villas for 30 years but the location we’ve always stayed in was sold and no longer available. We were delighted to find 437 and had a great time there last month! The villa is beautifully decorated, very nicely equipped with everything you need and very clean. The view is just beautiful and the location in Sea Pines is convenient to everything. We hope to stay at 437 again!

We had a nice time and the rental was very clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable for our family of 5. Special perks were complimentary beach equipment that we could use (e.g., beach chairs, umbrella), bathroom and kitchen items (e.g., toilet paper, body wash, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, ziploc bags) we didn't have to buy ourselves unlike other rentals, and a nice kitchen items. The rental company was also very responsive to questions and replied quickly to all inquiries. Nice location close to the beach. Great stay!

We felt at home the minute we stepped in. Not too many rental companies are as good as working with Beverly Serral’s Best Nest. They couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. The cleanliness and amenities were top notch. Having beach chairs and an umbrella already there made life so much easier. We loved the location, the condo,and everything about our trip. Will definitely rent again.

We had a fantastic rental experience. The property is clean and has a wonderful interior. The balcony is so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside to the property is the pet policy. Be aware: It's surprising that you have to vacuum the property and lint roll the furniture if you're bringing a pet. These are actions you must take in addition to the typical cleaning fee that's charged and a $350 pet fee that's charged. We won't be staying here again for that reason.

We particularly love the location of this condo since it is so close to the beach and many other activities in Sea Pines such as the bike rental next door! The condo itself is very comfortable and well stocked with everything, The check in and out procedures are clearly laid out. This is our second stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Location and close proximity to beach ,golf course facilities and Harbortown for walking if so desired. Highly recommend for these reasons alone. Truffles Restaurant at Sea Pines Center our new favorite. Well stocked cleaning/kitchen supplies was much appreciated , and Bev and company were understanding over what concerns we presented and were dealt with promptly.
