Beverly and her team were really wonderful; very welcoming and responsive with questions about the property. The house is very nicely decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen. The location is convenient to Harbour Town and especially convenient to the tennis center. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful and well maintained home. We have been back to this property 3 times and we are never disappointed. The layout is perfect and we love the view of the pool from so many areas of this home. The location on Stoney Creek is perfect...close to the best amenities in Sea Pines. An easy bike ride to Harbor Town, the Beach, Sea Pines Club, Tennis and Pickleball Courts. BestNest does a fabulous job of making your stay easy and convenient.

This home is every bit as awesome as advertised. My family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 young kids) stayed here with my MIL and it absolutely perfect. The best part of of the house is actually the entryway - plenty of room to drop of shoes, beach stuff, pool toys, you name it. We loved the backyard and spent every minute we weren't at the beach out there. The pool was perfect and we loved that it gets cleaned twice a week. Bestbest really does provide everything you need, which was wonderful and saved us so much time packing. If I had to make a complaint, it's the lack of kitchen storage. I'm not one who likes kitchen clutter and this house comes with so much that there's barely any room for your food. We were also surprised that for a house with a pool there is a startling lack of plastic dishes. We ate outside every night but didn't want to take real dishes or glass outside, so we had to do dishes every night. Not a big deal, but there's a LOT of glass in that kitchen. That being said, we're counting the days until we can return!!

This house was perfectly located near Harbour Town for an easy walk to coffee and shopping. It was well stocked with everything we needed! Even a screwdriver to add batteries to my child’s Easter toy! :) Well decorated and made us feel like we were at our home away from home. Very responsive when an issue arised. This home was just as described. The check-in process was easy, and the property managers were welcoming and responsive. This is a lovely home with plenty of space for families and friends in a quiet neighborhood. It is a quick walk or bike to Harbourtown or the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to avoid the tourist hustle of Hilton Head Island. You are still able to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer without the craziness.

Having owned a home in Sea Pines for the last 50+ years I'd say this older but updated home was perfect for our family get together. The decorating was fabulous and the kitchen has everything you might need. The little touches were fantastic- music playlists, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The only issue we had was the hot water heater. All 6 of us could not take a shower before dinner, had to stagger them. Not sure if this is a consistent issue, but after first night we staggered best we could. The communication with Bestnest was also very very good. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Sea Pines stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation at 44 Stoney Creek. The house is beautifully updated, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels, chairs, and beach toys were great and put to good use! We heated the pool and it was very warm and the kids had a blast. Beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend the bike rental- such a close trip over to Harbour Town! Beverly and team were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

We highly recommend Bestnest and 44 Stoney Creek! After a difficult experience with another agency and home, we needed to find a new place to stay for our week on Hilton Head Island. On Christmas Eve, we found the perfect home and Beverly Serral met us there to welcome us to 44 Stoney Creek. It was beyond our expectations and Beverly was so kind and inviting. The home was beautiful, spotless and just perfect for our family of 4. I'm not sure we have ever stayed in a nicer rental home. They thought of everything, from the well-stocked kitchen, to soap in every bathroom and the kitchen, to amazing linens that felt brand new! Thank you Beverly for making our holiday extra special! We completely enjoyed 44Stoney Creek! The house was spotless and well maintained. It felt airy and had a vacation feel. We are a family of four and appreciated the roominess after a long day of fun. This was the 3rd home we have rented from Beverly Serral. She is the most professional property manager and each home seems nicer than the next. We absolutely loved the home and beautiful backyard oasis. The home is absolutely stunning and the pictures do not do it justice. Beverly and her team seems to have thought of everything you could possibly need on a vacation and has the most useful book to explain everything. Beverly and her team truly aim to please. The location was perfect and my family did not rent a car. We biked to the beach (about 15 minutes) and biked the various restaurants in Sea Pines. We had our groceries delivered and it was a very relaxing peaceful vacation. Highly recommend this home. It is a bit far from the beach but if you like to bike it is the perfect ride through the stunning bike trails of Sea Pines. Thank you Beverly for a wonderful vacation. You are the best in the business.

We enjoyed our first post pandemic vacation at this lovely home. The location is wonderful, a few minute walk to Harbour Town. This house has everything you need for a great time. It was extremely clean, as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with any thing you need to prepare a meal. The pool and view from the patio are gorgeous, as well as private. We only experienced one problem, which related to the pool, and it was dealt with. We would definitely stay again!

Our family had a nice and relaxing stay at 44 Stoney Creek.
The property was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. Beverly Serral Company provides excellent management service. The "Welcome Basket" was a very nice touch!
Very good location. We rented bikes and oak advantage of all the paths.
We feel that the furniture in the house can be updated. The master bedroom needs a new mattress, my husband and I woke up with back pain every morning.
Overall it was a good getaway!

This is perhaps the best vacation rental we have stayed in. The property appears to have been recently renovated from top to bottom, our mattress was high quality, the place was very clean, and everything was in good working order. The house is a less than 10-minute walk to the Harbour Town shops and restaurants. We didn't really take advantage of the Harbour Town area due to COVID, but did catch a nice sunset the only day the sun came out. Hiking at Pinckney National Wildlife Preserve just off the island was a highlight.

The view from the back patio was even better than in the pictures, but unfortunately we picked a cold, rainy week in February for our vacation, so we were not able to take advantage of it.

We did not attempt to use the pool since the cost to heat it was exorbitant. Also, having the stacked washer and dryer in the open concept kitchen/living area was not ideal due to the noise. But these were minor issues overall. As owners of a higher-end rental property ourselves, we have high standards and expectations, and 44 Stoney Creek passed our test.

A beautiful home, indeed! Very close to Harbor Town, Links Restaurant etc...

It’s situated right on the lagoon overlooking the golf course across the water. So it’s very private. The pool is a perfect place to dip and rinse off after a beach day.

Everything is beautiful inside, lovely furnishings and every tiny thing you can think of is there for you. Staff calls to check in to be sure everything is great.
Quality all around!

Must mention the beautiful landscape lighting there too. Gorgeous! Nice to see where you are going after dark. :-)

Absolutely loved our stay at 44 Stoney Creek. The location was great, walkable to Harbour Town and an easy bike ride elsewhere in Sea Pines. The house is at the end of a quiet street with serene lagoon and golf views. We were focused on social distance so didn't leave much except for beach and bike rides, and had no problem enjoying the house to its full potential. Kids spent hours daily in the pool and taking full advantage of Netflix in their own rooms while we read or had coffee on the patio. The house had plenty of space for us, gorgeous kitchen, comfy living room for nightly movies, and was well stocked with games, paper products, cleaning supplies, even books! Also while this is clear for any Beverly Serral rental, the pictures do not do the house justice as far as size of the living space and decor, we thought it looked lovely in the pics online but the pool, living room and bathrooms were even larger and prettier in person. Extremely clean, and I am a bit crazy about cleanliness. We were so sad to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at 44 Stoney Creek in Sea Pines! The location was great! The house was open and very clean. It was so nice to be in a rental that came with just about everything. It was also great to have our own pool. Pool was mostly shaded in the morning. Our only complaint would be that there were so many trees around the house and the ground was covered in brown leaves. This made the area seem a little more "buggier". We rode our bikes often to Harbor Town for breakfast at the cafe as well as for dinner. About a 2 minute bike ride. It was also an easy 10 minute(1.8 mile) bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time here at this home. Everything was just as described and the pictures are awesome but the place is even better than that. The location was perfect for us as we biked, walked, and went to the beach every day (5 min car ride). We are used to staying at resort on the beach in HHI but this did not disappoint. We loved being so close to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center.

Despite an ice-maker on the fritz our stay at 44 Stoney Creek exceeded our expectations from the cleanliness of the home to all of the supplies provided by the management company.

You truely only need your swim suit and a change of clothes. My kinda of vacation.

While I prefer spending the day at the beach the pool offered a great compromise for the rest of the family. Speaking of the beach while the house is not within walking distance to the beach it is at most a 10 minute bike ride so no big deal. A beach shuttle is available since you can't park at the beach club but you didn't hear this from me, but the beach club attendants leave at 4:00 pm.

If it weren't for my family's desire to visit a different beach each year I wouldn't hestitate to book 44 Stoney Creek again.

We are so pleased staying in this home. In fact it’s our 3rd year doing so and we will continue in the future. The house is in a perfect location, right next to Harbor Town and easily accessible to other Sea Pines attractions. The pool area is perfect for our family. Very large, lots of seating and beautiful views looking over the lagoon. The house is in pristine condition. The decor is adorable, everything is so clean and all the amenities that are provided (face wipes, spices, cleaning supplies, etc) do not go unnoticed. Beverly Serral is by far the best rental management partner you will find. Their customer service is fabulous and their attention to detail is flawless. Came well-equipped, clean, open and airy, and the pool with little creek and golf course views just made it so relaxing and welcoming. This is our fourth year vacationing at Sea Pines. In previous years we rented a different home but this year it was already booked. Good news for us...this place was even better. Clean , new, effienct use of space...and beautiful! Love the hardwood floors, feel like it helps to keep the humidity low in the house...plus you can tell it’s clean...unlike carpet. Sofa and chairs were also extremely cozy. Our favorite spot was the pool. Good size and well shaded before 12;00 and after 3:00. Would rent again but plan on vacationing next year with another family. Highly recommend this property!

This property was absolutely perfect! Our travel group ranged from ages 23 to 92, and this house provided a great getaway for each of us. The home was immaculate and there was plenty of room for us to play games, cook, eat and lounge around. The selection of dishes and cookware was very good and all was in like new condition. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the back porch! The property management staff was incredible - they took care of us when our flights were cancelled due to the snow and ice! What could have been a nightmare in a hotel, ended up to be an extended vacation. We are very thankful for their hospitality!

This is the second time we have rented this fabulous home in the past two years. We have rented several homes on this street in the past twenty years and we consider 44 Stoney Creek one of the best. This open floor plan home meets all of your needs. It is beautifully decorated and comes equipped with everything a family needs to make their vacation a comfortable success. We rented 44 Stoney Creek for two weeks in June 2017. We wanted a serene and updated spot to spend special family time during our daughter's wedding at the Sea Pines Resort. As it turned out, 44 was so relaxing and well-equipped that we didn't need to unpack half of the items we brought with us for our stay. The colors, furniture, open concept design and overall feel made us want to stay I definitely!! Our location was close enough yet far enough away so that we could enjoy Harbourtown by riding our bikes or taking a stroll. We will definitely book 44 again. Parking was ample, too, for friends who stopped by to visit. It was a dream come true that made our special family event just outstanding!

Perfect! We spent 2 weeks - the first week with family and the second just us grandparents. The house design is "split" into: 2 bedrooms (both en-suite) on one side, and the master bedroom (also en-suite) on the other side. The house outdoor "vistas" are dramatic. This large open feeling house on a quiet lot is enhanced by both multiple sliding doors plus the corners constructed with large glass windows. Great family pool. Fully equipped for beach; did not even have to pack beach chairs or wheelie. First class all around! Thank you again Beverly!!

Excellent vacation rental! Close to all Harbor Town and lighthouse. The property had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. very well equipped with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella was super nice bonus. The only thing I think should be added is more channels on the TV. Just equipped with basic cable. Couldn't watch the golf channel. Overall we would rent again !!!

The pictures don't fully describe how beautiful this property is. And it's a great location in Sea Pines with lots to do. We did not use the pool because it was over NYE and quite cool. Definitely recommend for the discerning houseguests!

The most beautiful, well equipped home we've rented in 10 years. You can't ever go wrong with Sea Pines but this one was so beautifully renovated with tons of space and great views of the pool from all points in the house. And the fact they had all our beach needs covered with chairs, umbrellas and coolers made this rental even better.

We have rented at least 10 different homes on Stoney Creek and 44 Stoney Creek will go down as one of our top favorites. The open floor plan is fabulous with first class decorating. The bedrooms were fabulous and this house has everything you would need on vacation. The gift basket on the kitchen counter was a first in any home we have rented in the last 18 years in Hilton Head. What a well appreciated gesture. The pool was fun but we encountered lots of mosquitoes from the storm that hit one day of our stay. Wish we could have used the pool more but
the mosquitoes made it uncomfortable. The pool and setting were beautiful. We plan to rent this home again but this time for two weeks. We road our bikes to the beach everyday and enjoyed all the restaurants you suggested in your notebook. Your notebook was a wonderful reference. Thanks for the home away from home. Beverly - one quick note: The Wi-Fi router may need to be calibrated or extended, we experienced lapses in coverage depending on where we were in the property.

My family has been coming to Hilton Head for the past 5 years and have traditionally stayed in a condo or villa. This year we rented 44 Stoney Creek and could not have been happier. Everything about the home was beautiful - the location, the view, the open floor plan, the pool, the décor .... everything. We could not have been more satisfied and look forward to renting this property again.

Brought the family down for a late season vacation at Hilton Head and we opted to stay in Sea Pines at 44 Stoney Creek for the first time. The house was great. Honestly, my wife has a touch of OCD, so cleanliness is a big deal to us. (And she has me spoiled like that.) But this place was refreshingly, as clean as advertised (which is uncommon, if you've ever rented many properties...funny how everything you read on the internet isn't always so true kids...) It's an older house, but the updates that have been made are awesome. Great job guys. The only downside for us was all the windows...which are great for letting all the natural light in and having great views of the pool...but they'll make you a little self-conscious if you walk from the bedroom in your underwear to get a late night snack (unless of course, you're the exhibitionist type). Otherwise, this place really was great. The weather was a little cooler than normal, so the pool was a bit chilly...but the kids sure didn't seem to notice. (I guess you only notice those things when you grow up.) And one lady in a previous review mentioned that there was an alligator living in the back lagoon. Well, to my son, this was just an awesome bonus. So if you've got boys, this is a free unadvertised perk. :-)

This experience was beyond our expectations! A detail was not overlooked and my family was very comfortable in this rental. Next time we come to Hilton Head I would only rent from Beverly! I can't say enough good things about this professionally decorated, high end home. The location was perfect as well with it just around the block to Harbourtown. We look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay in Sea Pines, and thoroughly enjoyed the home. The home has been totally remodeled throughout EXCEPT the 2 extra bathrooms which is kind of misleading when you look through the pictures. The master bath is absolutely gorgeous with a large
tile shower, but the other 2 baths are very outdated and haven't been remodeled with rest of the home. It would be no problem for kids, but if you go with another family, it is hard to decide who gets the master suite. The home is located right beside a lagoon,
there was an alligator in it all week while we were there which our kids loved, but I did not. The home is beautifully decorated and has all high end furnishings from bedding, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, dishes, appliances and washer & dryer. We would
definitely stay again!

Update 2016: All new and fabulous 2nd bath with walk in shower (see photos!) and refreshing to 3rd bath, plus new paver deck at pool, and coming soon.... pool heating! Our owners at 44 Stoney Creek are the best and are constantly updating for their guests. Katie..Well, yikes! We certainly never want our guests to bestow anything but 5 stars; that is our goal. I am terribly sorry that you were disappointed by the yet-to-be remodeled bathrooms in this house (one of which is pictured in the property listing). While the second and third baths in this house are indeed mostly original (their renovation will be part of the second phase renovation at 44 Stoney Creek), they are still fabulously outfitted and equipped and impeccably clean. For all who have gone through major home renovations I am sure you understand all about having to finally draw a line somewhere. I take complete responsibility for the inaccurate wording in the listing - completely renovated and all new; and have made the change to note the second and third baths. Myself, I must draw the line at the alligator as he gets to swim pretty much where he wants! (We have many alligators here on Hilton Head and they pose no threat to humans unless provoked or fed, both actions being dangerous and illegal. We actually love watching them, too.) We are happy you want to return! Beverly
