918 Cutter Court: Sea Pines

To say I was happy with our Beverly Serral rental is an understatement, I was thrilled. The decor was current, bright, and super comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, there was nothing we looked for that wasn”t there. The cleanliness, a huge factor for me, was a 10. We stayed for a week this year and are coming back for a month next year, we found Hilton Head to be a great fit for us but this rental companies professionalism, attention to detail and customer care is the biggest reason we are returning. To know exactly the high standard of rental you will walk into ever time, sealed the deal for us.

We visited Sea Pines for a wedding in mid October and stayed in this villa for 6 nights. The villa is in an ideal location relative to the HarborTown clubhouse and the shopping/dining/playground area. Like most buildings in Hilton Head it is an older building and showing that age a bit. We had an issue with the plumbing in the main bath that was resolved after a couple of calls by a responsive maintenance staff. Overall, a great experience and we’d recommend the villa and stay there again.

Property as described with lots of extra amenities (tp, paper towels, plastic baggies, beach towels and chairs, etc) to make life easy. Across the street from the golf clubhouse, the Inn and the Harbortown pool. Easy walk to Harbortown. Blue trolley picks up right at the pool to go to the Beach Club.

We really appreciated the thoughtfulness with providing household essentials such as trash bags, paper towels, cleaners, laundry supplies, bath products, and coffee. The bedside chargers were also very thoughtful. The condo was well decorated and super clean. Will definitely consider renting from them again.

We stayed at the Cutter Court condo, which was beautifully decorated and had many thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. We appreciated the snack basket left for us and the welcoming communication. The condo’s location is ideal, with Harbor Town, the pool, racquet club and Links Golf Course a short walk away. We stayed at the Cutter Court location this year since it was just my husband and me. It was a “perfect location” and close to many of our favorite places...truffles, sea pines center, harbor town, CQ’s, etc. and the beach was just a short distance away. Like always, with Beverly’s BESTNEST rentals, you have everything you need. They stock it with all super nice items...beach towels, beach stroller (so great!!), coolers, surf boards, etc. not to mention the chock full kitchen. We have been renting from Beverly for many years and wouldn’t think of ever using any other company. She is top notch and knows her stuff! Also, we loved the frontgate sofa in the living room...so stylish and comfortable. I want one!! I would like to mention that the entrance/foyer of the condominium is in need of an update. Beverly, I believe all the owners should contact you and your staff so you may show it some TLC! Thank you for your exceptional service and we will see you again soon.

A wonderful 30th anniversary stay! The condo was cozy and BEACHY, extremely well equipped with every amenity we would need, from soft towels and bedding, to laundry and kitchen items (foil, plastic bags, etc.). And so, so much cleaner than other rentals from other companies. The Beverly Serral staff is friendly, professional, and always available. The Harbor Town location of the condo was perfect; restaurants, shops, and a short walk to watch the sunset every day. Would definitely recommend the property and Beverly Serral associates.

BestNest is always a great choice when our family travels to HHI. This condo was clean and the location was ideal for a long weekend. Easy walk to shopping & dining at Harbour Town. We ventured to the beach 2 of the 3 days on the island and we were encouraged with how easy the trolley process to the beach club was, our first time using the parking lots and trolly for beach access. The common areas in the condo building are a bit 'tired' but the updating in the condo itself made up for anything that lacks in immediate 'curb' appeal when arriving in the lobby.

Justin-- so funny you mention the lobby. A few years ago the Cutter Court Board President approached me about redecorating the lobby and common areas, but the full Board was not on board. I think they should revisit! Beverly

The condo was in great condition, very clean and stocked with everything we needed and some things we didn’t know we needed! We appreciated all of the extra touches from Best Nest! The location was perfect...close to the Harbour Town, the pool and the trolley stop. We didn’t drive our car for 3 days because everything was close by and easily accessible. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was quickly resolved and the staff was very helpful. We knew the condo was a little warm based on previous reviews and brought small fans for the bedrooms, that worked out perfectly.

Great property! Very comfortable!! Very convenient!! Supplied with everything you need, cute decor, comfy bedding and beds, really wonderfully stocked kitchen!! The only downside was the unit doesn't have a personal washer and dryer and the public one that was on our floor didn't work. This would be a big problem if you were on an extended stay. Overall, highly recommend!

We had a great experience stay at 918! We stayed there with our two small kids. It was a short walk (3 year okd was able to do the walk without issue) to Harbortown and the Harbortown playground. It is a short drive tot eh beach trolley which we used every day. The area has great walking and bike trails. We ended up extending our stay an extra day because we enjoyed it so much. The kitchen isa bit tight, but the TV room is beautiful and the beds are great. We had fun on the little porch eating popsicles with the kids as well. I highly recommend this place.

Big shout out to the property managers who were very attentive and helpful.

We rented this 2 bedroom condo right in the heart of Harbor Town. A comfortable and update condo, you have all of the essentials you need. My only criticism is the AC couldn’t be set below 72 (made for warm nights) and the shower had an issue I’m sure has been solved. I would recommend staying here despite the warm AC.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time spent in this beautiful condo. Hilton Head is our annual vacation destination and our experience with Beverly Serral was exceptional. The unit was exactly as depicted with attention to every detail one would need during a vacation. The coastal decor made for a restful environment after spending a day at the beach. This is our fifth year renting from Beverly and our stay is always a luxury experience. We look forward to a return visit to one of her properties in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. While this unit is brand new we found it extremely clean and decorated so cute. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the golfers arrive for the day. The building is in a conscientious location and was always quiet. We hardly saw anyone coming or going. We enjoyed riding our bikes throughout Sea Pines. We will be back to stay in this unit.

Beverly Serral and her staff were very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend booking with them.
