1872 Beachside Tennis Villas: Sea Pines

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation property! We didn’t want to leave. The location was fabulous, the villa was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, and so very, very comfortable! The views outside every window was like being in a dream!! I can’t say enough great things about this home. We will definitely be back!

We found this property to be exactly as it was described. The entire unit was spotless and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The kitchen was well stocked with all amenities needed to make a delicious meal. Nothing was overlooked and it was such a treat NOT to have to call housekeeping upon our arrival for something that either wasn’t working or needed to be cleaned. The view was ideal and the pool was well maintained. Five stars for sure!

First, I will say that we now only rent through Beverly Serral. The rentals are always immaculate, well stocked with supplies, and the kitchen always has everything you need. They are also very accommodating if there is something the unit is lacking, but that is hardly ever necessary.
This particular unit is
In the most beautiful setting. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the Calibouge Sound and ended the day with a glorious sunset! Each day we watched 5 deer graze in the dunes, with dolphin frolicking in the sound just beyond the dunes. The location is perfect for taking long walks on the beach along the sound, biking around SeaPines, and walking across the street to have lunch at The Salty Dog.
The beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked with the best lotion and shampoo/conditioner.
We will definitely return to this beautifully decorated unit!

We had an excellent high end luxury experience at 1872 Beachside Tennis Villas. The unit was well appointed. Check in was seamless. Beds were comfortable. View was amazing! We really enjoyed it here and definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable!! EVERYTHING was exceptional. Loved the location. Family friendly pool and the beach is literally steps outside the door. We enjoyed wildlife and dolphins everyday from our balcony view. I personally appreciated the designer touches and decor throughout. A well cared for unit with amenities galore. This villa is everything and more you can ask for! The view is breathtaking and so relaxing. Especially loved watching the deer throughout the day. The villa is incredible, very clean and stocked like you were home. Everything has been thought of from supplies to comfortable beds and linens. Such a beautiful place and steps away from the beach. We didn't want to leave and look forward to another visit. Everyone from the rental agency was great as well. Info provided and responded promptly.

We have rented through Beverly many times & always know that her units will be immaculately clean and beautiful! This unit was no different. Loved the gorgeous decor and the location was perfect. Seconds from South Beach Marina, beach and pool with amazing sunsets every night. Ocean/Sound views from every room. Would 100% stay again.
